Zennith Draw Systems Warranty Policy
Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:
We, at Zennith Draw Systems, stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects and cracking or tearing of aluminium during normal use. Abuse of the system, damage from impacts or chemicals to the powder coating, and damage to carpeted surfaces are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions:
The following are excluded from our warranty coverage:
- Abuse of the system
- Damage to the powder coating from impacts or chemicals
- Damage to carpeted surfaces
- Damage resulting from incidents such as rollovers or vehicle collisions
- Labour for removal and refitting of parts/materials
Additionally, please note that the warranty on draw slides is limited to 12 months.
Warranty Claim Process:
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must follow these steps:
- Fill out the warranty claim form available on our website.
- Attach necessary photos, documents (such as proof of purchase), and a description of the fault.
- Cease use of the system where possible to reduce continued damage.
- Submit the claim for review.
If repairs are deemed necessary under warranty, the system must be returned to Pinnacle 4x4 for warranty repairs. Labour for removal and refitting of parts/materials is not covered under this warranty.Original Purchaser Requirement:
Please note that this warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the Zennith Draw Systems.
